Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Big white light, spherical about the size of a Peugeot 106.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Moved slowly along the street just above the houses. Went behind houses at end of road, ran to a back window to see if I could see it, but it had disappeared.

Any additional comments :

The light coming into the front bedroom through the curtains was so bright it woke both me and my ex-partner up. We thought a taxi had it headlights on full beam or something and was picking up a fare, but hearing no car we went to check.
