Very strong stationary flickering. Not star.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Its just stationary. havent checked if its gone

Any additional comments :

Looking south west at the sky from chicago. Not too high in the sky. but far away. Flickering light of bluish white. It just kept flickering. Not getting smaller or bigger. And not moving
